If you experience ANY issues with your order, PLEASE reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help fix the problem!
Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at help@myspeechshop.com within one (1) week of delivery of your order. We will work with you to issue a refund; HOWEVER, a partial refund will be offered if your product includes a digital component (e.g. SLP/parent cheat sheet).
Damages & Delivery Issues
If you have not received your delivery, are concerned it may be missing, or received damaged products, please contact us at help@myspeechshop.com within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information or one (1) week of receiving your package. If we are not notified within this time frame, we can not be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement.
